Restart Security Center Service : Cannot do it in Win 11, restart is greyed out but service is running.

Clean Boot : Still the same error while in selective boot.

SFC scan : Did not find anything wrong, also ran DISM CheckHealth, ScanHealth and RestoreHealth, all 4 commands multiple times.

Scan your PC for malwares : Installed Malwarebytes, did a scan, found nothing, uninstalled it.

Remove existing antivirus and antispyware software : There were none.

From my understand this could happen if another antivirus is installed, but that's not the case for me. But there's something interesting there, under Virus and threat protection it says "Engine unavailable" and it says the version is 0.0.0.0.
